Visiting you throughout the winter months

Throughout the summer I have really enjoyed being invited to different churches and doing some very different events.

So, my summer light night travels are nearly completed with 2 special events this month around the Southampton area. On Sunday September 20th I will be at the Barn Church in Soberton Heath, helping them to celebrate their 1st anniversary with a very lively all age praise party / family service…plus bouncy castle beforehand I believe, which I may give a miss!

Then 2 days later Tuesday 22nd I will be doing an edited after lunch ‘When the road is rough and steep’ concert at Millbrook Christian Centre This was a Church that Andy and I visited regularly between !970-1973 when our good friend Rev Tony Stone was the Pastor.

But as the winter months approach, although I will still be available and will enjoy visiting churches, I really will not enjoy driving long distances in the dark and the rain.

So, from October until April I will just be accepting fairly local invites and they will need to be for a Sunday morning or for an afternoon matinee on Saturdays’ or any weekday.

Just to add that my ‘When the road is rough and steep’ testimony concert is perfect for an afternoon event as it’s mainly our older congregation who really appreciate it and can relate to it.

If interested in a winter Ish visit, please contact me at ishmael@ishmael.org.uk
and I’ll send you more details.
There is no set fee, I just ask that you cover my expenses.
