If you were at the ‘Glorie Day’s’ concert that we did at Spring Harvest last week (or you know someone who was) I need to get some feedback on it.
Being the premiere of brand new concert that I hope to take nationwide later in the year I do need to hear honest comments both positive and also where you think it can be improved so if necessary I can do a bit of tweeking before the next one.
Sorry that there was not time to teach the actions (which would have been great fun) but I will be doing this when I extend the concert to 90 minutes on tours.
I am hoping that when today’s children and children’s leaders see the Biblical content and fun in some these old songs, they might consider using them, after all, Scripture and Bible teaching songs cannot date and will always be valuable to all believers both young and old.

‘Glorie Days’ gig on Friday May 19th

Just a final mention that as I head down to spend the weekend of May 20/21 in Ilfracombe, I am now available to do the brand new ‘Glorie Days’ concert (just premiered at Spring Harvest Minehead) somewhere between Chichester and Ilfracombe on the Friday night. May 19th.

it will not cost the local Church a penny not even petrol money for this concert. All I ask is the usual £5.00 (for adults) £3.00 (for older school children) guest admission charges on the door which will help to support my ministry.

I know for some this may be short notice but it takes very little organisation and numbers attending are not that important.

It will be a fun and inspiring night I promise!

Please e mail me if you would like more details.

Back from Spring Harvest

Just back from Minehead Spring Harvest having done the premiere of the ‘Glorie Days’ concert.

Being the first time it had been performed I was a little apprehensive especially seeing quite a few older children sitting in the packed audience as they were far too young to know any of my old songsI

But hey, I need not have worried because it was a brilliant time and lots of the children (and adults) came up to me afterwards and told me how much they had enjoyed the songs and stories.

That being the case, I’ve decided to tour with this concert as well. Who knows maybe God will use these old songs to bring about something new to todays generation of children. I’m hoping so!

Remember…wherever you live…

I am available to visit your Church and do any of the following

1) Perform the ‘Glorie Days’ acoustic concert (suitable for older children and adults)
This is when I sing and play some of the favourite songs from the past and tell some amazing stories of my time leading children’s meetings during the 25 years of the “Glorie Company’. An inspiring yet fun sing-a-long concert!

2) Perform the ‘Sting in the Tale’ acoustic concert (suitable for adults) A night of stories. The evening is made up of my story songs and in between them I give a bit of my own crazy life story! A great fun, gently evangelistic concert.

And of course I’m still available for
All Age Services
Praise Parties (Ideal for children of all ages)
Teaching Days
Or anything else that you think I may be able to do!

Off to Minehead

Just finished sorting out the final details for tonights after hours concert at spring harvest Minehead.

It’s gonna be all about the ‘Glorie Days’ and include 18 of my most popular songs during that era and some of the most exciting true stories about God using children that you are likely to hear!

After doing the Glorie Company for over 25 years I really could have done with at least a year…not an hour to retell them!
