F Ishy’s Friday Forgotten (Christmas) Song

This is another one of my very first “Christmas’ songs and I suppose it was one of my very first Scripture Songs…who’d of guessed way back then that 100s more would follow.

Just to balance out all the simple little Scripture Songs that I’m writing for you, for a while I’d also like to share with you one of my, how can I put it, favourite older ‘more substantial’ songs each Friday that many of you won’t know or will have forgotten.

This song was not recorded onto any album. Andy and I recorded it when we were both (definitely the worst) Elim Bible College students in about 1972 and it was one of the first Christian UK singles. It was all Christian LP’s at that time.
We released it on our own ‘Salt’ label and recorded it at the Elim Bible College studio with my lifelong friend Helmut engineering it.
